Every item in our shop is made-to-order through our trusted print partners, which allows us to create your piece with care and deliver it fresh from production.

Processing Time

All orders are made just for you.

• Production usually takes 2–5 business days.

• During holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive in:

• United States: 4–8 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item begins production shortly after your order is placed, we are not able to modify or cancel orders once they enter the printing stage.

Please double-check your design, size, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing issue, please email us within 7 days with clear photos. We will remake and resend the item at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are created on-demand just for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. However, if there is any problem with the quality, printing, or you received the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right.

Incorrect Address Policy

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package returns to our production partner, customers are responsible for reshipment fees.

(We’ll always let you know first so you can update your address.)
